Ms Andrianna Kandilige, the Eastern Regional Director of Education, in an address read on her behalf, congratulated the NCCE for organizing such a programme which targeted the youth who are quick to learn and can easily be used as agents of change.
She said the quiz was not just a competition but a way of sensitizing the young ones about the needs of the country.
She, therefore, advised the students to educate their parents and peers through discussions and also help others to live and practice the knowledge they had gotten through the competition.
In all, 21 schools representing the 21 districts in the region took part in the competition .
