Gone But Not Forgotten: - R.I.P Suzzy Williams

Suzzy Williams

Today September 8 2012 marks seven years (7YRS) since the renowned Ghanaian actress, Suzzy Williams left us in pain to join our ancestors.

"Chan Chan Lady' as she was called died at the age of 23years on September  8 2005 in a motor accident in front of the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.

The accident occurred at about 1:30 a.m. while she and a male companion (a member of the Liberian R&B group, Soul Black) were leaving the Jokers Restaurant at La and traveling towards the Teshie Nungua Estates.

The old student of  Tema Secondry School featured in several films, notable among them being Bloody Mary, Tentacles, Together Forever, Sun City and Calamity.

Her career as an actress was launched through the African hit film Together Forever, with a screenplay by US-based Ghanaian producer Leila Djansi

Suzzy was a quarter Lebanese, quarter Fante and half Ewe.

As her slogan gos "the sky is not the limit, but beyond the skies. It’s just a matter of time. I will surely get there [Hollywood]" SUZZY, WE STILL HAVE YOU IN OUR HEARTS AND MEMORIES, MAY UR SOUL REST IN PERFECT PEACE!!!

REST IN PEACE SUZZY!!!
